I do receive the email so I guess I can do this the hard way. This is fine but requires me to take additional steps. It will build, sign, and place the 'apk' file as an artifact into a directory that appears as a link to download in the "successful" build summary. I currently have a build pipeline for a Xamarin Forms app.
